Daniel Bechaz
Founder and Owner
With a passion for carpentry and an entrepreneurial flare, Daniel founded Natural Wood Floors at the age of 21 and has grown the business to service homes all across Melbourne. Daniel loves the transformation process of his work, from restoring a tired old floor to its former glory, to working closely with clients to find the perfect design and style for their forever home.
Dermott O’Driscoll
Carpenter/Floor Finisher
Don’t let his flowing mullet fool you, Dermott is a carpenter by trade and is hard working like his uncle Shayne! He has been with the team for over a year and has quickly picked up the trade skill by transferring his wood working skills into flooring. Dermott loves playing cricket for Carrum Downs Cricket Club during the summer months which is where Daniel met both Shayne and Dermott.
Brad
Carpenter/Floor Finisher
Brad has an eye for detail. He brings years of experience to the table and is an integral part of the team. He and Dermott are brothers! Away from work he is a father of 3 and is a great Dad.
