Our Floor of the Week is a recent project completed with our friends at Hodges Sandringham.
To prepare the home for sale, we restored the existing timber floors and finished them in a 2PAC water-based satin sheen by Loba Coatings. The new finish brought out the natural warmth of the timber without the shine overpowering the room. Paired with fresh paintwork, the result was a subtle but impactful transformation, and the home sold quickly, helping maximise its value with minimal disruption.
